Do you ship to my country? Is it really FREE ?

Yes and YES!! We offer free worldwide standard shipping to all countries for a limited time as our opening promotion. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure of your country.  

How long does it take for my item to arrive ? 

For us to give you the best value for money and ensure a low cost shipping guarantee deliveries take usually anywhere between  10 days - 3 weeks depending on the country receiving the package, back orders, delays and Custom processes.

Processing time takes around 1-3 business days but sometimes up to 4 or 5 during busy periods and annual holidays. Please ensure you order in advance with busy holidays such as Christmas as we cannot guarantee items to be delivered exactly on time.

What if my order has not arrived after 3 weeks ?

Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 23 business days. We always allow the extra few days due to slow shipment from delivery companies and as stated above. As we ship by air, weather conditions can also have an impact on shipment times. Our customer service team will be happy to assist with any questions info@snortyandshorty.com

Why has my order come in separate packages ?

To allow faster shipment of our products, if we do not have the item in stock we will ship it to you straight from the manufacturer. This can sometimes mean multiple items bought may come in separate packages. But don't worry.. we cover all shipping and handling costs!. This way we can get items to you as fast as possible!
